Please use the following form to register the defect of your Product covered by a Warranty issued by ViDiS SA. The form must be completed in English.
After you have filled in and submitted the form, please wait until you have received a reply that shall confirm that your ticket has been successfully registered.
The reply shall be sent to you by email and shall include your RMA number and instructions on what you should do next.
Note: The Service Centre accepts registered shipments only that are clearly marked with the RMA number assigned to them. No RMA number visible on the external packaging of the Product shipped to the Service Centre for warranty service may result in its rejection or delay its processing. Before you dispatch the defective Product, please register it using the form at the bottom of the page.
